I offer unforgettable year-round guided fishing trips on Southern Oregon’s most famous salmon and steelhead rivers. As a USCG licensed guide I am lucky to have one of the best jobs in the world, in one of the most scenic destinations. My 13 years of experience as a full time fishing guide, and 250+ days on the water each year, allows me to put my clients in the right spot to have the best day possible of fishing.
We chase after salmon and steelhead on Southern Oregon’s wild and scenic Rogue, Chetco, Umpqua, Elk, Sixes, & Coquille Rivers. These rivers offer breath taking views while having a great chance at catching a fish of a lifetime.
I provide all the top of the line equipment you’ll need to have a safe and successful day on the water. We will fish out of my custom 21′ Willie Predator, or custom 17′ heated Willie Drift Boat depending on the fishery and time of year.
From kids and beginners to experienced anglers alike, I am a trusted choice when deciding who to spend your valuable time on the water with this season.

We guide for both Chinook (Kings) and Coho (Silvers) Salmon. These are the largest fish we chase with clients catching Kings over 30 pounds every year.
Season: May through December
Steelhead are the fish that starts the addiction for most fishermen in the Northwest. They are known for their drag screaming runs, and high flying acrobatics.
Season: July through April
Our home water for the majority of the year thanks to the year round opportunities to catch salmon and steelhead. We guide the Rogue River near the towns of Medford and Gold Beach.
The Umpqua River is the top producing winter steelhead river in Oregon. It’s also one of the best chances at catching a trophy steelhead over 20 pounds.
During the late fall and winter, the Southern Oregon coastal rivers offer great fishing opportunities for fall salmon and winter steelhead. We guide on the Chetco, Coquille, Elk & Sixes Rivers.
Being able to hold a fishing rod is all that’s required. We personalize every trip to match your level of experience, and will coach you through every step.
No need to worry about what they’re biting, or having the correct gear. We provide all the gear, bait, and tackle required to have a succesful day of fishing. You’ll just need to bring your favorite food, and drinks.
We work closely with several other local guides, and can accommodate large groups. Bring your friends, clients, or the entire family and let’s enjoy a fun day on the water together.

These are the essentials that you’ll want to bring to ensure a great day on the water:
Our Willie Drift Boat is designed for two people plus your guide. We can accommodate 3 guests, but it is tight, much like the back of a car.
Our Willie Predator can fish 4 guests.
For larger groups we have additional guides and boats available.
Generally we will meet about an hour before sunrise to take advantage of the best bite early in the morning. If a later start is needed just let me know.
We will meet at a boat ramp or park near where we are fishing for that day. I will be able to give you a general idea of the location when the trip is booked, but the exact location and time will be discussed the day before the trip.
The general limit for salmon and steelhead is 2 per person, per day in aggregate. This can vary during special or emergency seasons. We can always keep hatchery fish, but retention of wild fish varies by the season.
Definitely!
I personalize each trip, and will take the time to provide the necessary instruction to have a fun day of fishing.
